Banana Bread Bites
Breakfast:
It all started with the cake pop maker. What else could be made in perfect spheres? I decided to try a muffin batter, so I used the banana bread variation on the batter from Ratio, my go to source for lots of things in the kitchen.
I may have overfilled.
It's a tough job, eating those extra bits to clean up the edges, but someone had to do it.

These look great! I don't have a cake pop maker, but I love banana bread--maybe I could make banana mini muffins! They just look so much cuter when they are bite size!!
